PAVONE Enterprise Office is an industry independant, group based Lotus Domino solution for address, correspondence and document management in the office. Based on a self-developed interface, which makes the integration of standard Office-packet (Microsoft Office, Lotus SmartSuite) possible. Furthermore data can be transfered to and from relational databases and predefinied and ad-hoc workflows can automise the control of transactions.

The whole routine correspondence is created and administered conveniently and user friendly. Individually defined text building blocks and models, an intelligent desktop and follow-up system as well as a transparent appointment and project administration facilitate work. The seemlessly integrated workflow components make the automatic administration and transmission of information and decisions possible.
