Training
Besides the technology in use, the staff plays a major role as a success factor of the company. To accommodate this fact, we developed a broad range of training available.
PAVONE Education Services organize seminars in the form of technology workshops, consulting workshops, product training and seminar events about current topics. The seminar offer comprises standard training about PAVONE software products in the areas of workflow, project, office and knowledge management as well as seminars for the transfer of know-how in the areas of Groupware, Lotus Notes, Internet strategies and data warehousing. Our so called quick access was recently incorporated into the palette of training.
The aim is to offer the complete package to the customer, beginning with the installation and configuration of the products via an established access and detailed training to complete support in the day-to-day business.
In addition to present training, more and more courses in remote learning methods will be made available in the future. The first Lotus LearningSpace courses, which were available about the internet, were available to our customers and partners very quickly. In this way we meet the increased needs of our customers on site, even during the regular working hours and can administer self-directed, advanced training opportunities.
