Our request is to support our customers with the use of our products.
By "support" we mean to be available to our customers and partners in a timely fashion, i.e. we attempt to provide them with quick and efficient solutions.
We are your central approach place for questions and problems around the PAVONE solutions. Uncomplicated and at a fixed price you can be sure to get support quickly. Problem support with PAVONE products is available under support@pavone.com or by telephone during business hours.
For questions about specific projects, contact your PAVONE project leader or PAVONE Power Partner directly. This will ensure the best possible support.
You can reach us from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CET.
