Resource Management
With resource planning you an idea about the required and available resources. Resources are consumer goods like energy, money or for example re-usable resources (consumer durables) such as personnel, work spaces, tools or data.
The goal is to optimize the assignment of the personal and operational funds by means of the entire course of the project. This generally shortens the course of the project and increases the productivity.
