PAVONE Espresso Workflow
Our workflow solution can be used with a web browser or IBM Lotus Notes as a client. We offer a selection of ready-to-use forms and workflow definitions to get you started.

Every user has their own queue of tasks:
When a user works on a given task they add information as required:
When they are done, they simply click 'Complete' and the document is routed to the next person in the workflow:

The system is very flexible, should an exception occur, a document can be routed to another task, even a new one.

Defining a new task is as simple as drawing a new node in the workflow structure:

You can use any IBM Lotus Notes form to present data to your users, even those from an existing application. We offer samples and templates for the IBM Lotus Notes client and web browsers to get you started.
Creating a link to the next task is as simple as drawing a line. Here are some of the conditions available:
Once the changes have been made, simply click 'Save'. Workflows that were started previously finish with the original definition, all new workflows use the new definition.
The
structure of your organization is reflected in a directory. You may use your existing IBM Domino directory or our directory template. You can make changes directly in the directory or launch our graphical tool, the PAVONE OrganizationModeler.
A simple click with the mouse launches a visualization of your organization structure.
A variety of views exist, listing people in the context of departments, workgroups or roles.
