PAVONE provides enterprise customers an automatic e-mail signature solution. This solution is implemented centrally on the server and appends signatures to out-going e-mail.
Individual enterprise employee cannot change or delete assigned signature(s). A variety of signatures can be created and assigned according to different roles or departmental functions.
