Get an overview of all appointments of your enterprise. PAVONE GroupCalendar supports you with the administration and coordination of all appointments and time limits within your company. PAVONE GroupCalendar lets you comfortably administrate all standard and project appointments as well holidays and vacation times of the employees in a central data base. The appointments are displayed clearly and negotiating new appointments is substantially simplified.
It permits to transfer appointments from the employees' personal e-mail databases automatically. The employees can thereby continue working within their familiar environment. Apart from the classical views such as calendar sheets, appointments can be listed clearly structured in tables by - today, tomorrow, this week etc... Beyond that they can be displayed by department hierarchy.
To enable a fast and simple orientation within the application, our solution offers two clearly structured navigators. With the standard navigator appointments and vacations can be displayed and administered. An additional administration navigator is used for approvals and refusals of vacation requests. An individual favorite navigator enables employees to quickly access their individual favorite views.
