Activity management is a component to efficiently coordinate and carry out company-specific and customer-relevant sales activities. This new feature enables a holistic and systematic customer relationship management that meets the demand to optimize all customer activities across departments and even across companies. For each activity you can enter important information such as duration and status. In addition to that sales and marketing employees can access tips, comments and background information concerning the respective activity. For often repeating sales and marketing activities you can use predefined activities already assigned with forms.
