More Project Transparency with PAVONE Project Management 7
PAVONE Project Management 7 is the latest addition to the family of project management solutions by PAVONE. The new version adapts to different user needs automatically. This is accomplished through user profiles and an individually configurable project portal, the Welcome page. The qualitative emphasis of this new software lies in increasing the transparency of business processes.
The Welcome page is consistent with the one in PAVONE Enterprise Office 7. This sophisticated portal interface offers freely configurable pages and portlets, which makes structuring of tasks and their graphic presentation possible. The Welcome page enables sophisticated rights management and full access to the mail database. Changing between different tasks without changing databases or documents is now possible.
New user profiles allow individualized perspectives of the organization. From the department managers to project managers, all users find an optimized environment. The profiles can be administered centrally.
Improvements in context sensitive assistance speed up the process of finding suitable answers for a question.
