E-mail Management in the CRM Context
Mail Management is particularly in the Customer Relationship context a current topic. Writing e-mails is the most common way of communicating in our daily work. It is the fastest and easiest way of communicating with colleagues, external staff and customers. For this reason it becomes very important to make e-mails centrally available on a CRM system in customer files instead of leaving them in the personal mail box.
