PAVONE Inc. releases the web-enabled solutions PAVONE CRM / Sales 8.5 and PAVONE Enterprise Office 8.5
PAVONE CRM / Sales makes customer and market information transparent. It is the solution for a collaborative approach to sales. It offers professional sales support and analysis for customer oriented marketing and service. PAVONE Enterprise Office is a collaborative solution for both document and information management based on Lotus Notes / Domino.
Both solutions present their newest versions with an enhanced new web-enabled user interface. Views and functions like address management and workflow have been optimized for use via web browser.
Forecasting, sales effort, address classification and access control are also available to web browsers. The solutions offer an integrated web-enabled bidirectional interface to office suites. This includes Microsoft Office and the free open source software OpenOffice.org, which can be used to create documents in the sales, marketing or office context.
