PAVONE Enterprise Office 9 - Custom-tailored office and document management


PAVONE AG has released version 9 of PAVONE Enterprise Office, its proven software for office and document management. The new features in this release focus mainly on customizability and configurability for various business scenarios. Special effort was also directed towards improving the user experience in learning and using the software.
Wissensmanagement

The standard forms for office management can now be customized with a few mouse-clicks to meet the specific requirements of any company. They can be renamed and modified to match the corporate identity without the need for any programming. Rarely used forms can be deactivated to improve the ease-of-use of the software.

The handling of international correspondence has now become more user-friendly. Individual templates can be created for each language. When new correspondence is created, only templates matching to the language of the selected address are displayed.

Additionally, version management support has been extended to all document types in the application. The current state of a document can be saved as a new version, whereas obsolete versions are locked to prevent further editing.

The software hereby fulfills an important requirement for meeting compliance specifications. This, together with new features in keyword management and categorization, helps to greatly improve the existing document management capabilities.
