PAVONE CRM/Sales 9 – Focus on the customer
PAVONE has now released version 9 of PAVONE CRM/Sales, the proven software for customer relationship management.Improvements in activity management, customization and usability greatly simplify marketing and sales-related activities. At the same, the application provides an ideal basis for mastering the rapidly changing environment in sales management.
Customer relevant sales tasks can be carried out and coordinated via the activity management functionality. New options for time data entry and access control improve flexibility in planning and completing activities. It is now possible to define a specific time for the start, due and review dates of an activity. It is also possible to centrally define which users can edit or delete an activity.
New features in address management improve capabilities in working with addresses. Non-standard fields can be added on an individual basis. Custom fields are supported by the search function, e.g., for finding address data for a new marketing campaign.
Feedback to marketing campaigns is now recorded in the application Optionally, comments to the feedback can also be maintained. The results of multiple campaigns can be compared with each other, in order to gain important information for future marketing campaigns.
Forms in PAVONE CRM/Sales can be modified with few mouse clicks so that they conform to your corporate identity. Unneeded forms can easily be deactivated in order to reduce training time.
