PAVONE has made a new version of the RSS News Reader for Lotus Notes Clients and Servers available.
The PAVONE NewsReader collects messages from RSS-based channels (

). Using PAVONE NewsReader the messages can be collected manually or automatically in the background. Afterwards they can be transferred to other Lotus Notes / Domino databases by e-mail or by the integrated PAVONE KnowledgeGateway®.

The PAVONE NewsReader can be installed locally on a Lotus Notes client or shared on a Lotus Domino server. The PAVONE NewsReader is available as freeware for personal use in the Lotus Notes Client.

The new version 7.5 is now available!

The user interface was updated to the current PAVONE standard. It now features a quick launch bar and the integration of a task portlet which displays the tasks from a users e-mail database. In addition it is possible to customize the NewsReader's colors and backgrounds using a wizard. 15 templates are supplied to get you started.
