PAVONE and INT forming a strong alliance
| Effective retroactively to April 1, 2008, PAVONE has acquired its partner, INT, of Böblingen, Germany. The long-term partnership of the two companies has thereby evolved into an even stronger relationship. |
PAVONE, an IBM Premier Business Partner, has worked closely with INT for more than 10 years. In 2006, the two companies decided to deepen their cooperation. Since that time, INT has represented PAVONE as an extended sales team in the German province of Baden-Württemberg.

„This year we are going one step further“, said Jürgen Zirke, CEO of PAVONE. „The merger with INT is an investment in the future of our customers: with our strength in sales and INT as a regional expert in workflow, we are now reaching another milestone in terms of our presence in Baden-Württemberg.“
Under the proven management of Jürgen Zirke (PAVONE), as well as Ralf Lehner and Kai Dehlwes (INT), the two companies will continue to operate as independent brands. Both INT and PAVONE see the merger as a great chance to increase their market presence in the coming years.

INT was founded in 1997, with its headquarters in Böblingen, near Stuttgart. The successful IT company focuses on the electronic modeling and implementation of business processes. It uses proven applications and tools of leading technology suppliers.
Together, the two companies will continue to deliver proven business process solutions, and to aid their customers in performing complex, custom projects for various industries and company sizes.
